Exact Block Content
When sensory neurons are overloaded (driving, running, showering, manual labor), filtering circuits that normally SUPPRESS abstract associations lose resources. Abstract circuits normally GATED receive more activation. Result: 'too weird' thoughts pass through. Mechanism behind: shower insights, walking meditation, car dictation, ADHD hyperfocus, flow states. 'Supermarket run' model (Den): don't plan the meal, grab blocks at speed, meal assembles from basket contents. Same as Principle 2 (Fish Everything): deliberately weakens relevance filter. These blocks (M-2221-M-2224) are EMPIRICAL PROOF: produced by Den dictating while driving. M-2224 describes the mechanism that produced M-2221-M-2224. Recursive.

Not This
- NOT 'always think while driving.' Dangerous.
- NOT 'overload always helps.' Sometimes just noise.
- NOT 'meditation is same mechanism.' Meditation REDUCES load. Opposite path, possibly same destination.
